Invitation

1332916.jpg

Dear Friends and Colleages,
Dear Members of the SIOP RTSG Association,
Dear Doctors interested in the RTSG activities,

The Annual Meeting of the SIOP RTSG is rapidly approaching. Please have a look on the preliminary program and the list of associated events and feel more than welcome to Poland.

Regarding the war at our east border – thus far we did not experience any cross-border attacks.

Please consult the list of suggested hotels – all are in a walking distance from the venue which is DIL (Dolnośląska Izba Lekarska = Lower Silesian Chamber of Doctors) Kazimierza Wielkiego 45 str.

Those of You who already visited Wroclaw for previous meetings will not be surprised – the venue and many hotels are the same and very nice!!

The main meeting runs from June 22nd to June 23rd, but 2 days before (June 20th), interested surgeons are invited for a course on renal tumour surgery which will take place in Marciniak Hospital (Fieldorfa 2 str.) One day before (June 21st ) our Steering Committee and Executive Board will meet in a closed meeting.

Although we appreciate every ones attendance LIVE, there will be a Zoom link provided for those of you that are not able to attend in person, for the general meeting.

The surgeons are also notified by Prof . dr. Jan Godzinski directly.

Dear Friends, please note that SIOP RTSG has become an Association. Of course both members and non-members are cordially welcome to Wroclaw, but for plenty of rights (like voting in elections or to be elected for an official position) You cordially are invited to become a member. It is very easy and not charged with any high fee (60 Euro a year), see the application for RTSG membership form attached. For (full, associate and honorary) members of SIOP-RTSG there will be no registration fee.

For those of you that are not members, we advise you to sign up as member now, as the registration fee for this Annual Meeting will be 60 euro for non-members (similar to the annual membership fee). Again, for that purpose, you will find the membership form attached (with the concept program.

Wroclaw is a cosmopolite city with a number of historical buildings and a beautiful old market. I believe that those of You who decided to stay a little bit longer will spend a charming time walking through the mysterious parts of the old town or tasting delicious food in numerous restaurants.

Please consider to stay on until Saturday, as the YIs are preparing a great Friday evening (including dinner) for us, and Jan has organised a social program on the Saturday morning.
For those who stay Saturday 24th of June we will organize a half-a-day trip through magic parts of Lower Silesia and Castle Książ.

Again, welcome, to You All !!!!, wishing you a wonderful spring time

Best wishes,

Prof. dr. Marry M. van den Heuvel-Eibrink, Chair of the SIOP RTSG
Dr Arnauld Verschuur Vice Chair of the SIOP RTSG
Prof. Dr. Norbert Graf Past Chair of the SIOP RTSG
Prof. Jan Godzinski – local organiser, Chair of the Panel of Surgeons (SIOP RTSG)
